Directions: Transportation to the start: If you are taking the ferry from Seattle the boat leaves at 9:05 pm and it takes 1 hour (don't worry if for any reason the ferry is late...we won't start without you). You should be there at least 15 minutes early so you can load before cars.  In case you haven't ridden a Washington state ferry before, follow the directions of the crew.  Sometimes you can ride onto the boat, sometimes you walk.  Once on the deck, they generally let you ride to the other end of the boat. At the other end, there are yellow ropes to tie up your bike or you can hang them over the guard rail.  On board you're not supposed to wear your cleats so I generally slip my shoes off.  If not taking the ferry, you can figure it out.  It's about the same amount of time to drive to Bremerton but not nearly as pretty.  If you miss the 9:05 boat, call us  but I'm not sure what we can do!
